About what we sell
Will a bath pillow stay put in my tub?
Suction pillows hold well on smooth, non-textured acrylic or enamel. On a textured or slip-resistant tub floor the cups cannot seal, and the pillow will move. For those tubs we suggest an inflatable or moulded option instead.
What do the test strips measure?
The 7-way strips we stock read free chlorine, bromine, pH, total alkalinity, total hardness, cyanuric acid and total chlorine. Read them in daylight against the chart on the bottle.
Are the treatment-room sheets reusable?
No. The non-woven table sheets are single use, which is what makes them suitable for a treatment room. Reusable options are listed separately.
What is the delivery cost?
Flat $8.75 anywhere in the United States, and free once your order reaches $65.
Can I return an item?
Within 30 days of delivery, unopened and unused. Opened personal-care and hygiene items cannot be accepted back.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to United States street addresses only, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Cash on delivery. The Payment Policy explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Cancellation Policy.
